Orihuela Town Hall is to expropriate 1,272 square metres of land to renovate the sewerage network in the Rambla de Villamartín, Orihuela Costa. An agreement for the compulsory expropriation will now be negotiated with the owners of the relevant plots of land, who are being urged to propose a price that allows the acquisition by mutual agreement, to avoid going to court. The upgrade of the sewage network is being carried out by the water company Hidraqua and Orihuela Council.
