The first ‘Guide to Safe Municipalities’ has been introduced by the Generalitat with basic recommendations that Town Halls must follow in the face of the most frequent risks that occur across the Valencian Community. The guide aims to encourage municipalities to improve security in the face of emergencies and catastrophes, and lead to a culture of prevention and self-protection of residents and visitors.
