The Provincial Firefighters Consortium has reported a fire in a mountainous area of La Aparecida, Orihuela. According to firefighters, there were two areas of pine trees affected by the fire and from where columns of smoke could be seen. Firefighters from Orihuela moved to the scene and a specialist helicopter was called in to help with extinguishing the flames.
