A new initiative offering guided tours and gourmet culinary tastings at the Torrevieja salt flats has been launched. This new gastronomic experience will begin with a private visit to the salt lakes to learn about its thousand-year history and the different types of salt, focusing on its culinary uses. A master craftsman will prepare different types of salts on site, which will then be tasted by visitors. The experience will end with the spectacular sunset behind the pink lagoon.
