Two thieves punched a woman in the head after being discovered robbing her home in Alicante. Despite the attack the woman gave chase to the thieves as they fled with jewellery and a laptop. The woman called the police with her location and a description of the men. A passer-by caught one of the fleeing thieves and National Police officers the other. The robbers were found to have a knife, plastics cable-ties and latex gloves in their possession when searched.
