The Civil Guard has closed down a house used to sell drugs in Callosa de Segura. The residents of the house, a 42-year-old male and his partner a 31-year-old female, have been arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking. Investigations began in March 2022, after local residents reported people coming and going at all hours. Police surveillance confirmed the Moroccan couple were selling marijuana and hashish and the house was raided. More than 700 grams of hashish, 5 doses of marijuana, various amounts of cash in different currencies and equipment for cutting, preparing and weighing drugs were confiscated.
