A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, after his girlfriend plunged to her death from the sixth floor of an apartment block in Benidorm. The provisional arrest will remain in place while police investigate whether the young woman fell or was pushed. Police had been called to the apartment earlier in the evening after neighbours complained about excessive noise and shouting.
