The National Police’s annual safe shopping campaign for Christmas is well underway. A force spokesman in Alicante said their different stations around the province have been reinforcing the presence of officers at commercial areas to ‘guarantee security’ and prevent crimes. This includes high streets, town centres and shopping arcades.
