Orihuela has been named a ‘Tourist Municipality of Relevance of the Valencian Community’. This accreditation recognises the tourist quality of Orihuela and its Strategic Tourism Plan that will be implemented over the next three years. The city can now apply for new subsidies that will help improve its offering as a tourist destination.
