A British woman, 67, has died in Valencia’s La Fe Hospital after being attacked by a pit bull that she had found and rescued few days earlier. The victim suffered serious injuries to her head and arms when the dog lunged at her on a road in Macastre. Paramedics were unable to treat the woman immediately due to the dog’s vicious behaviour and had to wait for Guardia Civil animal specialists.
