A man was arrested by the Cox Local Police for the alleged crimes of stealing belongings from inside vehicles, attacking police officers, resisting arrest and damage to a police vehicle. The man was caught hiding among parked vehicles and retaliated by assaulting an officer and throwing tools at the patrol car before fleeing the scene. Officers gave chase and once again the man resorted to violence when approached. When searched he had in his possession items stolen from the interior of two vehicles.
