The management team of Torrevieja Hospital has met with municipal Mayors from the local health area to discuss the latest measures adopted in key services such as emergencies and hospitalisation, as well as service provision in local health centres. Hospital Head Jose Cano said that in one year, from January 2022 to January 2023, the Hospital has gone from 245 functional beds to 274 beds and that during 2022 there were 10,551 interventions with an outpatient rate of 77.53 percent.
