Motorhomes flocking to La Mata beach to while away the winter months have left local residents up in arms. Locals believe that the huge vehicles at La Manguilla are blocking sea views and are posing a health risk due to increased sewage. However, according to the law as long as there are no chairs and tables or tents outside of the vehicles, they are not breaking the law and are entitled to park there.
