A man and a woman have been arrested in Orihuela for the robbery of a truck driver at knifepoint. The attackers blocked the truck by pulling in front of the vehicle, opened the doors and threatened the man with knives until he handed over an envelope with more than 3,000 euros he was carrying for work purposes. However, the victim was able to identify one of the attackers as a former co-worker, and so he and his accomplice – both of Moroccan nationality – were quickly detained by the police.
