The Department of Equality in Orihuela is to receive a grant of 168,000 euros from the Valencian Women’s Institute. The money will be used to finance activities and programmes and to employ family and female employment specialists. The Department aims to help families, women, single-parent households, victims of gender violence or family units where there are responsibilities related to care.
