The Councillor for Beaches has explained that despite speculation the coastal beach bar will be open for Easter. A recent statement from Chiringuitos del Sol, announced on social networks that it regretted the closure of its bars due to “issues beyond our control”. However, the councillor said that although the contract has come to an end, a new contract will be tendered so that the Orihuela Costa beach bars will reopen at Easter to meet the demand of seasonal tourists.
