Torrevieja Town Hall has bought La Plasa – the indoor market hall in the town centre which has been in decline for more than decade. They have paid €4.38 million to take over the building which, according to the town’s Mayor, will be used for employment, entrepreneurship, youth leisure as a complement to the university headquarters that will be built.
